We are sampling some Meringue Roses at the moment, in preparation for a beautiful Meringue Topiary that is being used on a Dessert Table next month. These Vanilla Meringues are as light as a feather and have a delicious, subtle vanilla flavour, meaning no need for cream... they are a delightful treat just as they are! We have added some hand crafted Fondant Leaves to give the full effect.
